MORTAL KOMBAT - THE PEOPLES CHOICE 2009 WINNER
This was definately a night to remember... we couldn`t have hoped for a better audience then the one that Anthony B left in a complete frenzy when his show was over sometime around midnight.
Renegade started the aftershow with nice warmup juggling, and soon after that all the people who`d gone outside for a breath of fresh air came back and started dancing.
The running order of the 4 sounds had already been decided. Buccaneer Sound from Stuttgart would start, followed by I´n`I Dubwise outta Munich, Pyro Movement from Schrobenhausen and finally Mortal Kombat.
Every Sound gave their best and played to their strengths, but in the end Mortal Kombat was the Peoples Choice 2009.
The evenig continued with all sounds playing some more, now even accompanied by Blazin` Tiger, Host Spiros Sound, and the last tune played at about 6 in the morning.
It was a real pleasure and honor playing in the Peoples Choice competition, and even more to win it! We have to thank Deliciouz from Renegade of course, for making this event possible and inviting us, our competitors Cali Conquerors, Nattyloop Hifi, Riddim Schorsch (YOU LARGE!!!!), Buccaneer Sound, I`n`I Dubwise and Pyro Movement, thanks to you for playing with us, our hosts Spiro and Father Tim from Mangotree and of course all the people who voted for us!
